I'm trying to use a controller to play Vice City, but the controls are wonky. I can't move the camera at all and buttons dont even work. Playing in Big Picture doesnt help with the issue. The thing is that III, Vice City and IV all mention only partial controller support. San Andreas and Episodes from Liberty City don't mention controller support at all.
