It's a security measure. From Anet's point of view, it seems like someone suddenly got access to the account after years of not playing. Send an email to support@arena.net, it's the same as submitted a ticket. First off, I know exactly what my password is. The launcher somehow managed to forget it. I have already attempted to reset it via the website but it seems to think my 9 character password is less than 8. Im out of options. Anyone got any bright ideas?
